This is me.
I combine scientific rigour, international practice and a clear understanding of how change actually works in organisations.
For many years I have supported organisations in demanding roles: as interim manager, programme and project lead, consultant, coach and sparring partner in SMEs, corporations and regulated environments.
I am not just interested in strategies on slides, but in structures, processes and decisions that become sustainable in everyday operations and give people orientation.
With Dr. DirKInstitute I have created a space where AI competence is conveyed in a practical way – through training, workshops, keynotes and governance consulting based on genuine understanding and operational experience.
